Group/Society Bookings and Golf Packages

We give a warm welcome to groups of visitors, society outings and corporate outings to our club. We can provided discounted green fee rates, dependent on the size of your group. The Club’s caterers also provide snack and meal packages than can be booked in advance.

Discount rates are dependent on the number of golfers in the party.

Terms & Conditions

1) Payment/Deposit

On confirmation of a booking arrangements will be made regarding method of payment (cheque or card) and deposit requirements for golf and catering.

2) Alteration to Numbers

The number of players playing golf and the number of players requiring catering (and the catering Options) will be agreed on confirmation of the booking.

Alterations to these numbers may be done up to 21 days before the event. . After that date deposits paid in relation to reduced numbers will be non-refundable.

3) Cancellations

Cancellation of the booking by the Group/Society must be done 21 days before the event. After that date any deposit paid will be non-refundable.

4) Handicap/Etiquette

It is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure that all members of the party are fully conversant with the Rules of Golf and Course Etiquette. It is preferable that all players posses a CONGU Handicap. The course is to be treated with due respect, with players replacing divots, repairing pitch marks and raking bunkers etc.

5) Dress

Smart clean casual dress is acceptable at all times. Shorts, tailored / smart cut to the knee or just above the knee, may be worn on the course (baggy below the knee cargo shorts are not allowed). T-shirts and trainers are not allowed on the course. . Polo Shirts (with collar) must be worn tucked into trousers. Hats/Caps/Visors worn on the course must be worn the correct way - peak at the front. Shoes must be worn with socks. Jeans and trainers are allowed in the Club House Caps or hats are not allowed in the Club House.

6) Mobile phones

Mobile phones and pagers/bleepers should not be used on the course – except in emergencies – and should be kept in silent mode at all times.
