Clubhouse and Function Room Booking 

We have excellent clubhouse facilities at Craigmillar Park.  There are beautiful views of the course from the lounge. 

The Bar within the Clubhouse is normally open from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM 7 days a week with a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments available.

A full catering service is available Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM until 3.30 PM. Filled rolls and snacks are available on Mondays. Click Here to view our catering menu. (Daily Chef's Specials are also available)

Wi-Fi access is available in the Clubhouse which is password protected and can be obtained from the Bar. 

For small groups catering choices are available from our Bar Menu, which is available Here .  For groups of 10 or more it is advisable to pre book catering requirements.

Our function room can be hired for special events with capacity for up to 100 people.  If you require catering with your function we offer a selection of different menus, varying in price depending on your needs.  If you are looking to have a sit down meal we can cater up to 80 people.

The main function room can be hired for birthdays, christenings, funerals or any other events.  This room can be sectioned off for the holding of smaller business meetings, when use also may be made of audio-visual facilities by means of a large screen and over-head projector.  Wi-Fi access is available throughout the clubhouse.

Conditions of Booking

1. The individual signing this form is responsible for all guests and liable for any damage to the premises during the course
of the event. A refundable deposit of £100 (applicable to both members and non members) is required. The deposit is
returned subject to no damage to the premises during the event.
2. A hall hire charge of £100 is required to confirm the booking (applicable to non-members only) and is non-refundable in
the event of cancellation.
3. The main lounge holds a maximum of 100 people. (subject to COVID-19 restrictions and limitations)
4. Guests may gain access to the main lounge 2 hours before the start of the event. Decorations etc. must not be fixed to
CPGC property with cello tape or any means that may cause damage. We do not permit the use of table confetti, glitter
or smoke machines.
5. We cannot be responsible for the removal or storage of decorations or personal belongings.
6. The Bar is licensed until 1am and last orders will usually be called between 12.30 and 12.45am.
7. All drinks must be purchased from the Bar. No alcoholic drinks are to be purchased by or for anyone under the age of 18.
8. Young children and youths under 18 yrs of age who attend a function or event will only be allowed entry to the Clubhouse
if accompanied and supervised by an adult.
9. Challenge 25 – If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when
attempting to buy alcohol. If no acceptable form of identification is provided, you will be refused service.
10. The person signing this form (or an agent engaged on their behalf) will be responsible for door security arrangements
where a large proportion of guests will be under 21.
